Working both within centres and freelance since 2000. Working for four years in a FE College in the role of gym and sport coaching co-ordinator where I had undertaken full responsibility for the day to day running of the college gym. Including health and safety procedures, fitness consultations and general operations.  My initial role here was to set up the gym as a fully operational working environment for both students and public. from Sept 2006 to Present, working as gym manager within an Outdoor Activity Centre.

From Sept 2001 to present, part time tutor in a further education college in South Wales, over the years teaching responsibilities include delivering various modules of National Diploma in Sport and Sport and Exercise Science, Btec First Diploma in Sport, City & Guilds in Sport, CYQ Personal Training - Training in Different Environments (TIDE). First Aid at Work trainer/assessor. Delivering a wide range of outdoor activity modules to various groups. I also have an active role in future course design within the sports department.
